It was great to visit Avenue HQ which hosts Eagle Labs in Leeds! Avenue HQ and Eagle Labs support Entrepreneurs from start up to maturity . It’s also inspiring how they’re making a real impact by embracing diversity through their Female Founder Accelerator, Black Founder Accelerator, and LGBTQ+ & Veterans Accelerators.
Leeds is a real centre for both tech start ups and tech jobs. Seeing these supportive environments and working with them to create a supportive environment for anyone to start their own enterprise is so encouraging.
There is also some exciting events on the horizon for the tech sector at Avenue HQ during Leeds Digital Week which as a computing graduate I’m particularly excited about.
