ASDA Holt Park Proposals – Have Your Say

I recently received a letter from Asda regarding their proposals for the Adel Holt Park Store and Holt Park Centre. I would encourage any interested residents to have their views heard by taking part in the consultation, details of which can be found on their letter below: 

Asda will shortly be submitting plans to Leeds City Council for significant investment proposals at our Adel Holt Park Store and the wider Holt Park Centre.

The proposals include:

1. An updated Asda store;

2. Car park improvements;

3. New toilets;

4. New customer entrance;

5. The provision of new retail outlets;

6. The provision of a café; and

7. The reconfiguration and upgrading of the public realm.

The proposals will be on full public display at The Holt Park Centre on Friday 23rd (12:00 – 18:00) and Saturday 24th (10:00 – 13:00) November. This display will also be staffed by members of the project team. A website with more details of the proposals will be live from 12:00 Thursday 22nd November at www.holtparkfeedback.com and will remain live until the application is submitted.
